DAROCZI CONSULTING s.r.o. (hereinafter: Data Controller) declares that it processes personal data in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), as well as all applicable Slovak, Hungarian, and EU data protection laws.
The Data Controller is committed to the lawful, fair, and transparent processing of personal data and to protecting the privacy of its users, customers, and software subscribers.

The Data Controller adheres to the following core principles:

- Data minimization – Only data that is strictly necessary is processed.
- Accuracy – Data is kept accurate and up to date.
- Storage limitation – Data is retained only for the necessary period.
- Integrity and confidentiality – Appropriate technical and organizational safeguards protect personal data.
3) Storage Location of Personal Data
The Data Controller does not store personal data on local devices. All personal data is stored exclusively in secure, cloud-based systems provided by trusted service providers.
No personal data is kept on laptops, mobile phones, or portable drives.
4) Data Processors
To operate its services, the Data Controller uses the following third-party processors:
4.1) Hosting Provider

Role: hosting of websites and online systems.
4.2) CRM / Email Marketing Provider
MailerLite – https://www.mailerlite.com
Role: sending newsletters, handling subscriber data, direct marketing.
4.3) Payment Processing & Billing
Stripe Ltd. – https://stripe.com
Role: processing online card payments, billing, invoicing, issuing refunds.
Stripe processes: name, email, billing address, company information (if provided), and transaction data. The Data Controller never has access to card numbers or sensitive payment card data.
4.4) Analytics Provider
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Facebook Pixel, Conversions API)
Role: statistical analysis and measurement for advertising optimization.
Marketing cookies are activated only if the user accepts them in the cookie banner (if/when implemented).

6.1) Session Cookies (Required)
Do not require consent. Purpose: ensure the proper functioning of the website. Deleted when the browser session ends.

Examples: Facebook Pixel, Conversions API. Activated only if the user accepts cookies in the browser or cookie banner.
